The building is positioned in such a way as to free up an open space with its back-to-the-hospital volume so that the rooms face onto exterior spaces with no views of the hospital.

Given the characteristics of the users and the use of the centre, the project proposes the location of a central garden area with the intention of establishing its own environment and landscape, to which the more public areas of the access floor are visually incorporated.
