The building of the new headquarters of the Fundació de la Pagesia is a building for the grouped offices of the different unions that make up the Foundation. It basically consists of a linear block 15 metres deep with two façades. One facing south and the other facing north.

The public and pedestrian access to the building will be from the corner through a porch, from which it will also be possible to access the Assembly Hall. On the Ulldecona street façade, the strategic arrangement of deep terraces formed by concrete cantilevers favours solar control and gives privacy to the different interior areas.
