The project establishes a linear container on the street and incorporates complementary functions in the old building of the Frenopático, catalogued by the Municipal Heritage service.

The project maintains the desire to incorporate and link the two buildings, favouring the intentional relationship between the new and the old. The interstitial space between the two architectures is formalised with a covered atrium that will act as a vestibule and a meeting and relationship point between the different users.
