The project aims to propose three specific volumetrics on an urban base that respond to three different models, but at the same time are linked by their base.

The volume of the theatre aims to avoid the appearance of the large dimension of the stage box, which is why it will incorporate the programme of the Study Centre in the space under the roof, in order to achieve a continuous section.

The project contemplates both the functioning and the form, a clear autonomy of each building within the whole, but at the same time, there are specific parts that can be shared in order to facilitate control and reduce maintenance costs.
