In the initial approach, the project creates a service bar on the northern boundary of the site, which has the function of acting as a barrier to the current railway and the spaces adjacent to it.
This arrangement of the bar allows the creation of a public square in front of the main entrance to the building. Every public building needs an urban space from its access.
This square is limited by the bar-cafeteria on its north side and by the access to the Theatre-Auditorium on its west side. It will therefore be a sunny square, capable of receiving vegetation. On its eastern boundary (provisional) it is proposed to create a vegetation barrier, in order to block the view of the buses.
