The building is intended to be a cultural revitalisation. It is implanted as a prismatic volume that acts as a lantern through a transparent façade that allows an interior visualisation and denotes the enveloping character with respect to the interior box, which is defined by the volume of the main hall and which shows the total independence of the latter with respect to the exterior façade. The space that appears between the envelope of the hall and the exterior skin allows the lobby and cafeteria, foyer and cloakroom to be located, all of which are linked by visual elements where the different communication staircases of the three general levels of access to the halls are located.

The building takes into account the double functional possibility, both for theatrical performances and as a concert hall, and therefore the optimisation of the hall has been sought both in terms of the size of the stage and the possibility of obtaining excellent acoustics by means of the acoustic box formed by mobile panels. Surrounding the stage box are the server spaces and areas for dressing rooms, storerooms, offices…
