We opted for silence. It was difficult to arrange a public architecture in the middle of this environment. A glass building, a neutral and silent box, like a parenthesis in the middle of a sentence.

The floors above ground level act as authentic containers for a wide range of functions. Below ground level there is a theatre-auditorium with all its services.

The façades will respond to the orientation and the urban environment they support. The arrangement of exterior glass awnings to the west and interior paravistas to the east will be the only mechanisms capable of altering this neutrality that is sought.
