The project attempts to resolve a complex functional programme through its own volumetry. The theatre acts as the protagonist of the whole operation. The other buildings are arranged around the perimeter of the large central box, in an attempt to resolve the problem of scale posed by the side and rear façades of the theatre.

A large plaza platform will make it possible to specialise the access to the different uses and buildings. In this way, the different parts can be understood as a single whole.
