The project proposes a volume built in the manner of a large container. It is an extensive functional programme shared by two public halls for musical recitals, a music conservatory with all the associated services and exhibition space for archaeological remains.

There is a large central void for the location of the large concert hall, surrounded on all its height by the classrooms and the different services of the conservatory. In this way, a suitable response is given to the lateral façades, linked to the urban environment of the city, and the most singular pieces are arranged on the main façade.
