Surrounded by skyscrapers, the project is conceived as a carpet, a structure organised to be seen from above.

The programme helps diversification: it organises the complex around a spine that will contain the lecture halls at its fingers. The rest of the programme arranges autonomous volumes along with a public, linear street that runs through the entire building, providing patios, porches and intermediate areas.

The south orientation of the classrooms will allow for the installation of a large concrete lattice to protect them from the sun. In addition, this lattice will act as a climatic cushion.

The location and the mild climate of the area are used to create an open building in constant contact with the exterior.
