The rented housing complex is located in two blocks of different lengths, which form a V with no vertex and define an interior space between the buildings in which all the accesses are located.

The deeper block, located on the southern boundary, is resolved with more conventional typologies, with views over the city on one façade and over Collserola on the other, leaving the bedrooms on the façade to enjoy the views.

The narrowest block, located on the northern boundary, has two-bedroom typologies and a kitchen-dining-living room with views and sun due to its double orientation.

The colour of the ensemble attempts to minimise its impact on the site.
