A plaza-platform covered by a large visor will be the public access space to the library. This space will penetrate into the interior and form a multi-purpose hall for various uses.

The reading rooms are located on the upper floor and on the mezzanine, so that they enjoy views of the sea through a large glass window protected by the visor of the public atrium. There are also some more private areas for study and reading, with occasional views framed by the books of the sea.
