An urban void and bare party walls.

The project provided for building on the party walls and leaving a public square linked to the perimeter streets.

In order to ensure that the dimensions of the public space were appropriate, the buildings were designed with a shallow depth and an office programme. An intentional void between the buildings allows the sun to enter the square.
