A building is planned on the corner of the Rambla and Sant Antoni Maria Claret street, consisting of two basement floors, a ground floor and four or five upper floors (depending on the area).

The building has a height of ground floor and five upper floors on the Rambla front, and ground floor and four upper floors on Sant Antoni Maria Claret street. Although the planning permits the construction of a ground floor and four upper floors on Carrer Narcís Giralt, only the entrance to the public square will be formalised with a large portico.

A public square is planned for the inner courtyard, with access from the Rambla and from Carrer Narcís Giralt.
