The planning proposes a specific volumetric arrangement that includes the total buildability of the area through the construction of two parallel built volumes close to the streets of Belles Arts and Carrer de les Vinyas. These will be separated from the listed building and will free up as much space as possible in the centre of the area, extending the existing garden area and preserving as much of the central wooded area as possible, in order to maintain the character of the area.
