The building is part of a set of university facilities for the University of Lleida. It is located at one end of the campus, specifically on the avenue that runs alongside the river Segre.

The project is solved with a linear block, the north end of which is the main façade overlooking the river. The west façade curves slightly along the line of the street itself. The east façade, which overlooks the open space of the campus, is set back in order to seek the best arrangement of views, while at the same time providing light into the different distribution corridors of the residential units.
