It is an enclosed island in the heart of the old town, surrounded by narrow streets, except for the largest façade, which the urban development plan envisages opening onto a newly created square.

The project will try to establish a dialogue with the surrounding architecture. The vertical arrangement of the holes, on a metal profile embedded in the slabs, the primary break in the volumetry at the corners, and the maintenance of an axis of symmetry on the façade of the future square will be the mechanisms sought to achieve this dialogue.
