It is a linear building measuring 15 x 53.75 metres with a height of ground floor + 13 upper floors. Given the visual impact of the building from the Diagonal, the front-middle wall is one of the most important façades.

The concrete structure is designed with a grid of 8×5 metres. The façade of the blind walls is made of prefabricated concrete panels. The macro-frame grid of the façade of the residential units is made of fair-faced concrete and tied to the façade pillars and the edge of the slabs.

The ground floor has been designed as a plinth of glass panels within the concrete screens. Given its great height, a grid of aluminium profiles has been designed to create an element of solar control.
