The building is planned with two differentiated bodies: on the one hand, a prismatic volume, and on the other, a set of volumes that will clearly respond to the differentiation of uses.

It will be at the meeting point between these bodies where the lobby-distributor will be located, which will have two entrances from the outside: one from the street and the other from the park garden.

The building is closely related to the garden, both in terms of its geometric lines and its uses. The north façade, which will face the garden and will be made of moulded glass, will act as an element of exchange. During the day, the reading room will receive light from the park, and at night it will be the façade itself which, acting as a giant lantern, will illuminate the garden.
