The project is made up of a prism with a substantially square base which, by means of one of its diagonals, establishes two volumes of different heights.
This diagonal guideline and its associated geometries will determine the outlines of the central communications core and the perimeter access passages to the offices.

From the outside, this formalisation takes shape through the use of two basic materials: granite and aluminium, which, dry-mounted, will provide the objectual and differentiated image of the building that was sought.
