The north façade will be the access façade and the one with the greatest permeability with the exterior, given that from inside the building there will be a permanent visual control towards the exterior. The whole of the façade will have its joinery on the same plane, given the scarce incidence of sunlight.
The opposite will be the case on the south façade, where a series of horizontal and vertical slits are provided to form part of the different controls that are to be protected from sunlight.

On the two facades, there are large canopies that protect both pedestrians and vehicles from the rain and sunlight in summer.

The section will take advantage of the strip layout of the floor plan to create a linear skylight in the centre line. The project will take advantage of this circumstance to create a continuous skylight facing north and to increase the height of the whole.
